ACCOMMODATION

Self Catering

7 nights accommodation, linen and towels.

PAYMENT

25% deposit paid at time of booking (non refundable) paid by cheque or electronic transfer.  Account details available upon request. Balance due 8 weeks before start of holiday. Separate, refundable, payment of 1000 Euros for breakage/damage by cheque or credit card. 150 Euro reduction for bookings of more than 2 weeks

CANCELLATION

A 50% refund if cancellation received more than 4 weeks before start of holiday otherwise no refund will be made.

Bookings are for Sunday to Sunday but we may be flexible depending on demand.

CLEANING

Cleaned every Sunday.

Fresh bed linen and towels once a week.

PARKING

Undercover parking for 2 vehicles available, additional vehicles will be required to park outside with no charge.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE

Arrival time from 5.00 pm.

Departure time before 10.00 am.
